What's the title of this action movie?

The movie is about a policeman and two yakuza, one of whom walked with
case, fastened to the hand cuffs. This young yakuza walks through the
city in search of his partner. For not to bleed to death he takes to
bandage for the wound in the lady's toilet. In the end, he comes into
the bar, wearing dark glasses and dying. Second yakuza became to be
like a friend of the policeman. He died at the end of the movie fell
into the hole in the floor formed by the explosion. Police officer had
no weapons, but only one in the yakuza patron. He threw the gun to the
last cartridge to policeman so he could defend himself.
